نحن نشحن إلى جميع أنحاء العالم مع أوقات التسليم المقدرة التي تتراوح من 30 إلى 45 يوم عمل.

تقع تكاليف الشحن ورسوم الاستيراد أو الضرائب على عاتق العميل ما لم ينص على خلاف ذلك.

نحن لسنا مسؤولين عن التأخيرات الناجمة عن الجمارك أو شركات الشحن.

بمجرد أن تتلقى تأكيدا للوفاء بطلبك، لديك 3 أيام عمل لإعلامنا بأنك لم تستلم الطلب. إذا لم يرسل العميل بريدا إلكترونيا أو يتصل بنا بعد استلام البريد الإلكتروني، فهذا يعني أنه تلقى الطلب ولا يحق للعميل تقديم شكوى أو مطالبة بأن العميل لا يتلقى الطلب.

Once you received a confirmation for fulfilling your order you have 3 working days to notify us that you did not receive the order. If customer does not email or contact us after receiving the email, it means they received the order and customer has no right to complain or claim that client doesn't receive the order.
