3. Shipping and Delivery

Your Elegant Boutiques offers worldwide shipping.

Estimated delivery time generally ranges between 30 to 45 business days, depending on destination country and shipping carrier.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are solely responsible for any:

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

  • government fees

  • customs clearance charges

Your Elegant Boutiques has no control over customs procedures and shall not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.


4. Customs Duties, Government Charges, and Confiscated Items

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, governmental charges, or regulatory feesimposed by the destination country.

Your Elegant Boutiques has no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount.

Your Elegant Boutiques shall not be responsible or liable for any delays, inspections, confiscations, returns, or destruction of goods carried out by customs authorities or other government agencies.

In the event that an order is held, confiscated, seized, or returned by customs, Your Elegant Boutiques shall not be responsible for refunds, replacements, or reshipping of the item.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered comply with the import regulations of their countrybefore placing an order.


5. Delivery Confirmation and Non-Receipt Claims

Shipping carrier tracking information and delivery confirmation shall be considered valid proof of delivery.

If a shipment is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Your Elegant Boutiques shall not be responsible for:

  • stolen packages after delivery

  • incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • delivery issues within buildings or mailrooms

Customers must notify us within three (3) business days if they believe the order was not received.

Failure to report within this timeframe will be considered final confirmation of delivery, and no further claims will be accepted.


6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final except under very limited circumstances.

Return or refund requests will only be reviewed if all the following conditions are met:

  • the product contains a confirmed manufacturing defect

  • the product has a significant discrepancy from the description

  • the claim is submitted within 24 hours of delivery

Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be reviewed or accepted.

All claims must include:

  • order number

  • clear photographic or video evidence

  • photos of packaging and shipping label

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in automatic rejection of the claim.

All returned items will undergo a mandatory inspection process before any resolution is considered.

Your Elegant Boutiques reserves the sole and final discretion in determining whether a product qualifies for return or refund.


7. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • clothing items

  • shoes and slippers

  • items prepared or sourced specifically upon order

  • items showing signs of use or alteration

  • items returned without original packaging

  • Ready to Delivery Section and Items 

Shoes and slippers are prepared specifically upon order, therefore no return or exchange will be accepted under any circumstances.

Customers are fully responsible for selecting the correct size before completing the purchase.


8. Pre-Owned Luxury Products

Your Elegant Boutiques specializes in secondhand luxury handbags and accessories.

Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury items, minor imperfections such as:

  • light scratches

  • minor creasing

  • natural wear

may be present and shall not be considered defects.


9. Tamara Payments

Orders completed through Tamara payment services are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, regardless of the circumstances.


10. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Your Elegant Boutiques.

In the event of a payment dispute:

Your Elegant Boutiques reserves the right to:

  • suspend or permanently block the customer account

  • recover administrative or legal fees

  • provide transaction evidence to financial institutions


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Elegant Boutiques shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or purchase of products.

We do not guarantee:

  • product availability

  • shipping timelines

  • uninterrupted website operation

15. Final Sale Agreement

Customers confirm their full acceptance of product condition, pricing, shipping terms, and return limitations before purchase.

Except where required by law, Your Elegant Boutiques is under no obligation to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.


16. Delivery Investigation Period and Dispute Restriction

International shipments may require extended delivery periods due to logistics and customs processing.

By placing an order, the customer agrees not to initiate any payment dispute, chargeback, complaint, or claim until sixty (60) working days have passed from the shipment date.

During this period, customers must contact our support team to allow sufficient time for shipment tracking, carrier investigation, and resolution.

Any dispute initiated before the expiration of 60 working days shall be considered a violation of these Terms.

ولا تتحمل المتجر أي مسؤولية في حال:

  • احتجاز الشحنة

  • مصادرة الشحنة

  • إتلاف الشحنة

  • إرجاع الشحنة من قبل الجمارك


5. تأكيد التسليم وعدم الاستلام

يعتبر تأكيد التسليم من شركة الشحن دليلًا رسميًا على استلام الطلب.

في حال لم يستلم العميل الطلب، يجب إبلاغنا خلال 3 أيام عمل.


6. الإرجاع والاستبدال

جميع المبيعات تعتبر نهائية باستثناء الحالات النادرة.

يمكن مراجعة طلب الإرجاع فقط إذا:

  • كان هناك عيب واضح في المنتج

  • اختلاف كبير عن الوصف

  • تم تقديم الطلب خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام


7. المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع

لا يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال:

  • الملابس

  • الأحذية والنعال

  • المنتجات المعدة حسب الطلب

  • المنتجات المستخدمة

  • منتجات التسليم الفوري 

8. المنتجات الفاخرة المستعملة

9. الدفع عبر تمارا

الطلبات المدفوعة عبر Tamara غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال نهائيًا.


10. نزاعات الدفع

يوافق العميل على عدم فتح نزاع مالي قبل التواصل مع المتجر.


11. تحديد المسؤولية

لا يتحمل المتجر أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدام الموقع أو شراء المنتجات.


12. الملكية الفكرية

يوافق العميل على عدم تقديم أي نزاع أو طلب استرجاع مالي قبل مرور 60 يوم عمل من تاريخ الشحن.
